Privacy policy

When you write to us, we process your name, e-mail address, the subject (optional), your message, the language of the page and the time of sending. We use these data only to answer your message and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps at your request before a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

Storage: we delete your message when it is no longer needed, at the latest 12 months after our last contact. If a contract follows, we keep the related correspondence as long as Spanish commercial and tax law requires.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type, so that the site can be delivered and protected against attacks. We do not use these data to identify you or build profiles.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and reliable operation of the website).

We work with these processors under data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR):

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosting, content delivery, security, and the server function that receives the contact form.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA): delivery of the contact form messages to our mailbox.

Both are based in the United States. Transfers are based on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 45 and 46 GDPR). We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

This website sets no cookies. The fonts are hosted on our own server, and there is no third-party content. Only if you pick a language in the language switcher, your browser remembers this choice on your device (local storage, key “lang”), so the site opens in that language next time. It is never sent to us, and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Just write to [email protected].

You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), or the authority in the country where you live.

You do not have to give us any data, but without your name, e-mail address and message we cannot answer you. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. We update this policy when our website or the law changes; the date below shows the current version.
